Our House

Located at 33 S. Wolcott Street, the Delta Eta house has been home to generations of Kappas since it was purchased in 1929 for $8,000. Over the years, our charming brick bungalow has undergone several renovations and expansions to accommodate our growing chapter while preserving the warmth and character that make it feel like home.

Today, 21 women live in the house each semester, with members sharing comfortable double rooms, while the chapter president has a private room. The house includes 11 bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, a spacious dining room, a cozy living room, and a media and scholarship room where members study, relax, and spend time together.

One of the most unique features of the Delta Eta house is its location next to two University-owned properties, including a large grassy outdoor space that hosts chapter events, sisterhood activities, and gatherings. As the only sorority house on campus with such a large open outdoor area, it is a special part of the Delta Eta experience.

For the women of Delta Eta, the house is far more than just a place to live. It is a home filled with friendship, tradition, laughter, and lifelong memories.
